How do I order?
You can easily order in three steps without needing to register for an account:
- Select the product you wish to order and click on 'Add to cart'
- In the Cart click on continue
- Fill in the order details, select payment and shipping options and click on Order.
Can I order a custom gift set?
Yes, we can create a gift set to fit your needs, whether it be a theme such as Easter or Christmas, a Birthday or Newborn one. For any such queries feel free to reach out to us by phone or e-mail.
Do you offer branded boxes and bulk orders?
We can create branded and personalized content for a certain part or the entirety of the set. Everything from calendars, notebooks, cups to the labels of the bottle inside and the package itself.
We have multiple corporate clients and are ready to help you get the gifts just right!

Can I order to several different addresses?
We deliver to different addresses and it is a common practice with corporate customers.
We prepare and ship the packages to the specified addresses, after these details have been provided. In such a scenario each address is charged a separate delivery fee, regardless of the order total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex (no account needed) or a Direct Bank Transfer (after confirmation for custom orders). When using a bank transfer to pay for your order we will begin processing the order after the funds have cleared our account.
Is buying on your website safe?
All card payments are securely made through myPOS, with no fees or commission whatsoever. Your card details are never provided to us and are encrypted directly on their gateway.
The website uses a TLS/SSL certificate to protect online transactions with the highest strength encryption. Check for the padlock in your browser’s address bar.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide and work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. If you are outside of Europe, please contact us to check your options.
We use DHL Express for Express Shipping (1 day) and DPD, GLS or others depending on the best option available for you with Standard Shipping.
How long will it take to get my package?
After you place the order we need 1-2 days to prepare the package before we hand it to the courier. Once we hand it to the courier the estimated delivery time shown on the cart will start counting.
To calculate the delivery time add the product to your Cart and enter your postal code to get an accurate estimate for your location.
We offer standard shipping and express shipping, exact delivery times will be shown on Cart and Checkout.
When ordering items with lead times, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
How much does delivery cost?
With one order you can send multiple gifts to one recipient at no extra shipping charge.
If you want to delivery to go to several different addresses, each address is charged a separate delivery fee, regardless of the order total.
When the order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, estimated cost is calculated at checkout and the price is based on the delivery options and item dimensions/weight. If there are no shipping options for your locale, please contact us.
How can I change or cancel my order?
In order to change an item, your phone number, delivery address or delivery preferences you will need to email us before the order is shipped – don’t forget to include the same email address that was used to place the order!
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can checkout without registering for the website. Registered users have the ability to add items to their wishlist and keep a record of their orders and shipping address/es.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a link to the tracking page of the courier.
Can I return an item?
We are sorry you would like to return an item from your order. If there is a problem you can always contact us. Generally items are non returnable due to courier policies for packages with food. Since our gift boxes contain perishable (degradable) food items this is applicable to us and we cannot guarantee a return will be possible.
What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)
All orders are sent fully insured. We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and sending the photo and your order number to us at office@dalinagiftbasket.store (if applicable).
